This modest resort less than 1 km from the famous Lake Sevan is 5 km from Sevan Island, and 24 km from Sevan National Park. M4 is less than 1 km away.

Humble rooms sleep 2 to 6 people, and feature flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and satellite TV, plus room service and living rooms. Some have kitchenettes, and many have lake views. Family quarters add 1 bedroom; upgraded units offer 2 additional bedrooms.
