Law School of the Republic of Armenia

The RA Law School is a non-profit organization with the status of a foundation, the founder of which is the RA Chamber of Advocates, represented by the Board of the Chamber of Advocates.

RA Advocacy School:
1) organizes and conducts professional training of RA Advocates’s students,
2) organizes the qualification exam for RA Advocates’s students,
3) organizes and conducts professional training of advocates,
4) conducts other activities provided by the RA Advocacy School Charter activity:

An able-bodied individual with a higher legal education can be a student of the RA Law School, unless he / she has been convicted of a crime committed intentionally,  his / her conviction has not been expunged or revoked.

A special applicant (listener) of the RA Law School is a capable natural person with higher legal education who has at least ten years of work (professional) experience as a lawyer or prosecutor or investigator or judge, or five years of work (professional) experience as a candidate of law or Doctor’s degree or at least ten years of scientific and pedagogical experience in the field of higher professional education of a lawyer, unless he / she has been convicted of an intentional crime and his / her conviction has not been expunged or revoked.

Admission is done in 2 stages: written (test) and oral (interview), except for the admission of special applicants, whose admission is done only in 1 stage – oral (interview).

The training of the listener in the RA Advocacy School is carried out in accordance with the procedure defined by the RA Advocacy School charter.

The training is carried out in two stages: theoretical training, practical training (probationary period).

The training is carried out on an existing (stationary) basis, as well as on a remote (online) basis.

The training of a lawyer with at least five years of professional experience is carried out according to the simplified procedure envisaged by the charter of the RA Law School.

The principal of the RA Advocacy School issues a certificate to the graduates of the RA Law School within ten days, which entitles the student to participate in the qualification exam.

The management of the RA Advocacy School is carried out by the Management Board of the RA Advocacy School  The director of the RA Advocacy School.
