The territory of the recreation zone is beautiful, rich in cypress, oak and various fruit trees, flowers and herbs.Yell Extreme Park and Lastiver Desert, which are of great interest for tourism, are located near the Green House, and the Makaravank monastery complex built in the 13th century is located 30 km away.

“Green House” is located 142 km from the city of Yerevan and 12 km from the regional center Ijevan, which can be reached by the Yerevan-Ijevan M4 highway, and from the city of Ijevan by the asphalted highway leading to the Yenokavan community to the northwest. “Green House” can be reached from Yenokavan community both on foot and by all types of cars, after driving 3 km from the central part of the community on the dirt road in the northeast direction. Located 2 hours from Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and 2.5 hours from Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, “Green House” is a real paradise for those who want to combine a warm family atmosphere and a peaceful environment.
