REGO Insurance CJSC 

“RESO” Insurance CJSC was founded in 2008. On November 10 of the same year, it received a non-life insurance license from the Central Bank.

“RESO” CJSC is affiliated with the Russian  “RESO-Garantia” OJSC.  In turn, the shareholders of the Russian “RESO-Garantia” OJSC are the French AXA (36.6%), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (10%), and 54.4% of the shares belong to Sergey and Nikolay Sarkisov of Armenia.
