Description
Hamazkayin is a non-profit organization, it aims to bestow the young generation with Armenian education, as well as the cyllabus of the host country. The organization’s goals also include preserving national identity and cultural traditions in a people living outside its homeland. Currently it functions under the official name Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society.
Hamazkayin established an office in Armenia in 1991. The office’s activities include scientific publishing, scientific education, theater, music, fine arts, school construction, and internal diaspora.
The office in Armenia serves as a cultural bridge, connecting Armenian cultural life with the global Hamazkayin family, thus connecting two aspects of Armenian reality.
The office works closely with RA state departments, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and associations.
Hamazkayin considers Armenian culture to be the true foundation of Armenian preservation.
