I personally visit the Tumanyan Street branch frequently and find the service consistently fast, even during busy periods. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, particularly in the business section where the service is highly informative and reliable. While there have been occasional issues with online banking and cards, the bank demonstrates continuous growth and improvement, making it a trusted choice for both personal and corporate banking in Armenia.
