Mellat Bank

Established in 1995 within the framework of the bilateral agreement on Partnership, friendship and neighborly relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed in 1992.

License N78 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

The bank is the member of the Union of Banks of Armenia.

The only owner of 100% bank capital is the Iranian “Mellat” bank.

As of December 31, 2019, the total capital of the bank is AMD 38 557 089 thousand, assets – AMD 64 659 778 26 102 689 thousand, liabilities – AMD 64 659 778 26 102 689 thousand.
